At Niteendo, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes or cancel your order. Because each item is made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within a limited time frame before production begins.
1. Order Corrections
If you need to make changes to your order (such as size, address, or design adjustments), please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders placed on weekdays: Corrections must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends: Corrections must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order will enter production and can no longer be modified.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if your request is made within:

24 hours (for weekday orders)

48 hours (for weekend orders)
To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] and include your order number in the message.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible, as each item is custom-made specifically for you.
3. Refund After Cancellation Approval
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider.
4. Important Notes

Cancellations requested after the production process begins cannot be accepted.
