Orders are processed within 5โ€“7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, youโ€™ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USA: 7โ€“10 business days

  • International: 10โ€“17 business days

Please note: Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
To track your order, visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number.

Yes โ€“ but only within the following timeframes:

  • Within 24 hours for weekday orders

  • Within 48 hours for weekend orders

After this window, the order goes into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer errors such as:

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Change of mind

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.


๐Ÿ” 7. What if I received a defective, damaged, or wrong item?

Weโ€™re sorry! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide a photo of the issue

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund โ€“ no return required


โฑ๏ธ 8. My package is late โ€“ what should I do?

If your package hasnโ€™t arrived within:

  • 45 days: Contact us for a 50% refund

  • 60 days: Weโ€™ll issue a full refund or send a free replacement

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • Items are defective, damaged, or not delivered within the expected timeframe

  • Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days of approval

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries.
Shipping fees and times may vary depending on the destination.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, we may not be able to change the address.
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
