Refund and Returns Policy

At Niteendo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While our products are made-to-order, we strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly. Please review our policy to understand your rights regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.


A. Return Policy

1. No General Returns

As all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
We do not maintain inventory and cannot resell returned items.

2. Exceptions – When Returns Are Not Required

We offer full refunds or replacements without requiring a return in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
→ You must provide photo evidence of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong size, color, or design due to our error, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
→ Proof must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


B. Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds in the following scenarios:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Full refund or free replacement

  • Must submit photo evidence within 30 days of delivery

  • No return required

2. Late or Undelivered Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us for assistance.

  • Orders delayed beyond 60 days are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

  • Delivery time is measured from the date your order is shipped, not when it’s placed.

3. Refund Exclusions

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Customer mistakes (wrong size, color, or design selected)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout

  • Change of preference after production has begun

  • Shipping fees (non-refundable)


C. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Accepted refund methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other original payment methods used at checkout

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider.

D. Replacements & Exchanges

1. When Replacements Apply

  • Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery

2. How to Request a Replacement

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

No return is required.

3. Processing Time

Approved replacement requests are fulfilled within 3–5 business days.


E. Important Notes

  • Please double-check size charts, color selections, and shipping details before placing your order.

  • Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

  • We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


F. Dispute Resolution

If you opened a dispute via PayPal or your credit card provider, we encourage you to contact us first.
We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.


G. International Orders

This Return & Refund Policy applies to both U.S. and international orders.
Please note:

  • Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Shipping delays due to customs are outside our control.
