A. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Street number and name

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)

  • City, state, and ZIP/postal code

  • Route or directional information (if needed)

Niteendo is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.


B. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery Times

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (PST), excluding U.S. public holidays.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Time

  • USA: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • International: 10–17 business days

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA Orders: 12–17 business days

  • International Orders: 15–24 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.


C. Peak Season Notice

During high-demand periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year), shipping may take longer.
Tip: Order at least 25 days in advance to ensure delivery before major holidays.


D. Shipping Costs

  • USA Orders: Flat rate of $6.95

  • International Orders: Flat rate of $9.95

  • Additional fees for remote locations will be shown at checkout.


E. Carriers & Delivery Terms

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS, Yunexpress, Yanwen (depending on destination and product availability)

Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take an additional 5–10 business days.


F. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
Changes cannot be made once the order is in transit.


G. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is shipped.

  • You can track your package using the courier’s website or our tracking page.

  • If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days after processing, please contact us.


H. Lost or Delayed Packages

1. Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days from the order date, please contact us.
We will either:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Send a free replacement

2. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your package is stuck in transit for 15+ days, or marked as “delivered” but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • If unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist you


I. International Customs

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

If your package is held at customs for 30+ days, contact us and we will assist where possible.
